IF/IFI are seeking a social media manager (paid job), someone who knows Digital Marketing, SEO and Viral Strategies, responsible for generating engagement and content across multiple social media platforms. Preferable that the candidate is India based.

Candidate will be responsible for daily tasks such as:

• Creating small, viral clips from our longer form media and posting them on social media with short, pithy descriptions and sharing them across twitter, FB and whatsapp.
• Driving viewers to become followers and subscribers
• Moderating comments across social media platforms
• Engaging commentators by liking posts, and responding to their comments on all social media platforms
• Promoting our new posts/videos and old posts/videos at regulated intervals every day across social media platforms
• Building the follower base of our Twitter profile
• Building the follower base of our FB Regional page
• Following and engaging with important handles on Twitter related to our cause.

Candidate should be familiar with:

• Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and WhatsApp
• Digital Marketing
• Search Engine Optimization
• Viral strategies
