अजूनही भारतात इतके बदल होत आहेत म्हणून नविन नविन प्रकारचे घोटाळेही होणारच. आपण यासाठीच System कायम सुधारत ठेवली पाहिजे.
शिवाय चीनसारख्या काही पॉलिसी केल्यापाहिजे की एखादी गोष्ट चूक असेल तर त्याबद्दल शिक्षा होउ शकते.... जरी त्याविरुद्ध कायदा नसला तरी. तिथे सायबर गुन्ह्याबद्दल असं काहीतरी आहे, असं ऐकलंय.
